For enquiries regarding tickets,
please note that tickets should be with you 7 days prior to travel.
Where you have made a booking within 21 days of travel, you would
normally have been given ticket on departure details.
This is normal procedure and your tickets will be issued at the airport
on quoting the reference number given to you at the time of booking.
Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event that
you need to make a complaint about your holiday, you must wherever
possible attempt to resolve your issue with the representative in
resort. If this not possible you forward your complaint in writing to
Holiday Express within 35 days of your return.
As per the ABTA code of conduct, we will acknowledge
your complaint and if necessary forward details to your tour operator.
You should receive a reply within 28 days. Holiday Express will forward
to you copies of all correspondence received from the tour operator.
